Igor Sechin
Current Status: Head of Rosneft, Russia's state-owned oil company, and one of the most powerful men in Russia. Sechin was sanctioned by the U.S. treasury in 2014 following Russia's annexation of Crimea from Ukraine.
Former Status: Former presidential aide to Putin and former Deputy Prime Minister until 2012.
